This Privacy Policy describes the use that is made of the data collected on the site “www.transpharma-international.com”(hereinafter the “Site”) by Transpharma International Holding B.V., in its capacity as data controller.

PURPOSE AND CONSENT

Transpharma International is committed to respecting the data protection rights of all users of its Site. This Policy does not apply to data that we may collect and use offline or through other sources. DATA COLLECTED

Transpharma International Holding B.V. respects the data protection rights of the users of its Site. As such, you can browse our Site without providing any personal data. Candidates who apply online for a job at Transpharma International Holding B.V. will have some of their personal data collected. Your personal data is stored securely on our proprietary systems, behind a firewall, and on our customer relationship management system, which is managed by a third party (see “Categories of data recipients”).
