Transpharma International was born from the merger of two strategic pure players in pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics: EHDH (CSP was the founding company in 1951) and Movianto. Both companies have several years of expertise in international transportation. In 2020, EHDH acquired Movianto and renamed itself the Walden Group, offering a one-stop-shop solution for healthcare manufacturers. No more than 1 year after the merger, the Walden Group succeded in gathering all business units’ expertise in international transportation to create Transpharma International.

Founded in 2021 and now part of the global Yusen Logistics Healthcare network, Transpharma International connects manufacturers and distributors in Europe with global markets through pharma-compliant air, sea, and road freight solutions.

In December 2025, Yusen Logistics completed the acquisition of The Walden Group healthcare subsidiaries, Movianto, Eurotranspharma, Transpharma International, and Walden Digital. This strategic acquisition will obviously add further assets and financial value to the Yusen Logistics group.
