The Walden Group
A Family Journey
Walden’s journey started in Auvergne (center of France) in 1951, when Marcel Baudry founded CSP to deliver medicines.
With 70 years of expertise, Walden is now the European leader with a presence in 14 countries, over 6,000 employees, and a turnover of €2.1 billion. The Walden Group has built its success on 6 companies specialised in logistics and transport for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries as well as the express transport sector. Today the group is managed by Stéphane Baudry, grandson of the founder.
The particularity of the Walden group is to be a pure player in pharmaceutical and healthcare supply chains, providing a one-stop-shop service from manufacturer to patient.

Our Companies
Our Values
We work around 5 core values on a daily basis. Quality, Customer Centricity, Integrity, Innovation and Joy at work. These are the values that have guided us over the past 70 years.
CSR Commitment
In 2021, we established our internal CSR programme called “Walden Cares”. Year 1 has a strong charity element as we strive to positively impact the lives of the communities in which we serve. Our overarching theme is “Children”. Our teammates will raise money to support locally selected charity partners that will be funded by the Walden Group.
The Walden Group is committed to the UN Global Compact Commitments that not only focus on our people, code of honour, and ethics, but also our promise to have a positive impact on the environment. We at Walden are committed to continuously challenging how we manage our operations and striving to be as sustainable as possible.
